So what and who are the Burns Family? Well we are quite a well spread family, with my father coming from Willenhall near Birmingham, and my mother from Yorkshire. They met first of all on a train during the 2nd world war, on the way to London. Three years later, when Dad came back from Burma in 1945 they married. And here they are taken just last year. They has three sons, myself, Christopher, who sadly died in a accident when I was 21 years old, and my youngest brother Martin, who now lives with his family in Newport.

Dad sadly passed away on the 15th August 2007. He is badly missed by all the family as he really was a great father. Mum however is 84 now and in good health, and hopefully will stay that way for a long time yet.
